Let us take this opportunity to express our heartfelt gratitude to the architects, engineers, contractors, developers and our colleagues in the industry who stood by us both in times of crisis and properity. Without their unqualified support, ARLO will not be where it now.
The continued trust and confidence of these dedicated people of the Construction Industry propel us to speed up our effort in providing quality products and services that will satisfy the ever increasing level of standards they set for their designs. In further response to their challenge, ARLO commits itself to continuously explore ways and means of world class residential, commercial, industrial and institutional structures for our people, in particular, and for our country, in general.
To these people, therefore, and to those who in one way or another are involved, we dedicate this publication showing some of our latest projects.
The last decade of the past century saw the peak of the unprecedented
construction boom in the Philippines. ARLO takes pride in having been
an active player during this era. Our forty-two years of experience in various aluminum, Glass and Glazing works serves us well in meeting the challenges posed by developers and their design teams.
The unprecedented demand for space during this period made the need for high rise structures evitable. So with light building materials. Particular
emphasis was and still is on building enclosures. Design and engineering
for curtain walls and other types of enclosures became highly complicated
in terms of details, materials, finishes and mythologies. To meet this development, ARLO saw it fit to fast track its acquisition of the latest
technology by using the services of foreign design consultant and initiating
joint ventures with internationally known fabricators and installers. As a consequence of these twin moves, Our ability to design, Fabricate and
install both stick type and unitized curtain walls are now at par with the best
in the industry.
Our confidence to enter the new millennium is backed by an office and
plant staff of 208, complemented by 200-300 highly skilled installers,
operating from a 7000 m² complex in PasigCity equipped with the latest
aluminum fabrication and assembly machineries from Germany. For the convenience of our clients, we likewise have 150 m² office located in
Ortigas Center. Our management Staff is presently manned by architects
and engineers with cumulative 350 man years of experience as designer,
estimators, supervisors and managers.Our Design and Engineering Department is fully computerized with
Autocad, plotting and printing equipment and is fully networked. This
enables us to meet the needs of the architects, in terms of design
presentations, accurately and at the shortest possible time. the library is replete with catalogs of relevant materials and aluminum sections designed by ARLO and its accredited local and foreign suppliers for
ready reference.
